SANC Fees Payment Plan for 2025
/What is the fee and who must pay?
All registered nurses and midwives in South Africa must pay an annual fee to the South African Nursing Council by the due date each year to maintain their practice license. Did you know we can help you get your Annual Practicing Certificates 2025?
Annual Practising Certificate
An Annual Practising Certificate (APC) is an official document that allows a registered nurse or midwife in South Africa to practice their profession for a specific period. It's issued by the South African Nursing Council (SANC) after the annual fee is paid. Essentially, it's like a yearly license that proves you're qualified and authorised to work as a nurse or midwife. Without a valid APC, you cannot legally practice in South Africa.
When must the fee be paid?
For 2025, the due date is by or before 31 December 2024.
These fees are crucial for maintaining your license, advancing your career, and complying with national nursing standards. However, a large, one-time payment can strain your budget.
Are you a nurse struggling to manage the hefty SANC fees during the festive season? Nursing Services of South Africa offers a tailored solution to ease your financial burden. Our innovative SANC payment plan is designed to simplify your life, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional care.
