  • Festive Season Timesheet Deadlines  

  • SANC payments are due by the end of December 2021: please send us your receipt 

  • Send us a copy of your COVID vaccination card to keep being booked for shifts 

  • Update your Availability in Staffshift 

Festive Season Timesheet Deadlines 2021 

Submit Timesheets in time to get paid on time. Please note the following changes in pay dates for candidates and cut off times for timesheets:

 Important Reminder: SANC Renewals 

When Must the Annual Fee be Paid and When is the Deadline? 

SANC renewals are coming up. Due date for 2022 annual fees: 31 December 2021. In order for the A24Group to book you for shifts in 2022, you need to submit your renewed SANC Certificate in time. Find out more about Annual Fees and Annual Practising Certificates here.  

When you have completed your SANC renewal, kindly send your receipt to our Compliance team, who will update your Staffshift profile.

Healthcare Workers Who Have Been Vaccinated, Send Us Proof of Vaccination 

Once you have completed your COVID Vaccination, please email or WhatsApp a copy of your Vaccination card to your consultant, or Compliance Department. We are receiving increasing requests from Clients for Vaccinated staff only.

Update your Availability on www.staffshift.com, or WhatsApp our Bookings team directly for shifts and info 060 070 2436. 

COVID-19 Vaccination Training for Health Workers 

The National Department of Health (NDoH) has teamed up with the South African Vaccination and Immunisation Centre at the Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, and other support partners, to package a short course, with tools, to prepare vaccinators to implement the COVID-19 vaccination.  

The overall aim of this course is to capacitate vaccinators by providing key information necessary for rolling out the COVID-19 vaccine to South African healthcare workers. The course is aimed at provincial trainers and implementers, healthcare professionals / vaccinators in both public and private sectors.
